Andouille Sausage Sandwich with Sriracha Slaw

Put some bite into your Spring grill out with this New Orleans Andouille Sausage
 with Spicy Srirachi Slaw.

Andouille Sausage Sandwich with Spicy Srirachi Slaw
Ingredients:

6 andouille sausages
6 hot dog buns
2 cups Spicy Srirachi slaw (recipe follows)

Instructions:

Prepare grill for medium high heat. Grill sausages for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, place sausages on buns and top with an even portion of Srirachi slaw.
