An early Holiday thank you to the folks at Kingsford charcoal for a sweet monogrammed wood cutting board and "double C" branding iron that arrived in the mail the other day.

As mentioned here previously, Kingsford will be launching a new charcoal blend in time for the 2009 competition BBQ season.  Although I can't reveal the specifics for another week or so, it ceratinly looks like something we'll be using on the road next year!  While I was expecting a small test bag when I heard a package was on its way to my house, I can't wait to get branding some steaks very soon!
