Just a quick shout out to my man Adam Gertler for his new Food Network show, "Will Work for Food".  Based on the clips I've seen to-date, this looks like the perfect format for Adam, blending his cooking prowess with the wit that made him a fan favorite on the last season of Next Food Network Star.

I'm particularly looking forward to the fourth episode "BBQ Pitmaster and Competitive Eater" (perhaps next year you shake it up a bit, Adam, and tackle competitive BBQ with Smoke In Da Eye????).

Be sure to tune in for the premier episode Monday, January 19 at 8:30pm EST.  In the meantime, I don't have a picture of Adam so instead here's one he took of me and Kevin "Food Dude" Roberts a while back.
