With the search for participants in season two of Food Network's "Grill It with Bobby Flay" underway, I decided to throw my tongs into the ring.  Sure I've won some grilling contests and sure I know how to churn out some tasty food on my trusty Webers, but will it be enough to make the cut?  Only time will tell!  I'm personally a huge fan of this particular recipe, something I call surf-in-turf, and to learn more about how it was made check out this recent story in the New York Post.  Enjoy!
