Over the past few weeks, nearly 5,000 people have taken a moment to watch my Fakin' Bacon Explosion video on YouTube.  The problem is, 4,998 of them didn't seem to realize it was a farce...a humorous tribute to BBQAddicts.com's original meat filled creation.

And while I do enjoy eating vegetables periodically, I am not "vegetarian f#g" and I will not "die u meat hating freak".  That said, there seem to be some true fans of the soy explosion and I'm sure their stomachs are better equipt to handle it then mine was. 

In order to put that all behind us, I wanted to share a meat filled video with those who are new to the world of Smoke In Da Eye BBQ.  This is a little something me and my son, Mr. Colin, taped for Food Network's "Grill It with Bobby Flay."  Casting for season two is now in full swing and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we get to showcase our true meat cooking skills this season.  If not, I'll still have this video which was a ton of fun to create!  And for anyone else interested in trying out, you can upload your videos here.
