Cookin' With Kingsford and Chris Lilly
Following our recent interview with barbecue guru, Chris Lilly of Big Bob Gibson, the fine folks at Kingsford charcoal were kind enough to share some of Chris's tips and techniques with us. In this first episode, Chris introduces us to Kingsford's new competition briquets, something we finally got the chance to take for a spin last weekend and truly enjoyed.
While we need to do a side-by-side comparision with the original Kingsford to determine burn times for both, the all natural briquets smelled cleaner, cooked hotter and produced less ash, an important feature when cooking for 10 plus hours. Check it out and come back for another installment tomorrow!
