Recently we had the opportunity to check out the amazing custom barbecue accessories offered by the team at Huntington County Customs (you can check out some of their amazing branding irons, grill grates and other work here just in time for Father's Day). While there, we also got to fire up one of their most impressive pieces of works of art...the world's smallest offset smoker.

Hey Clint, Matt sent info on the Mini-Bacon Explosion. Very nice. A couple of questions:
1. How long is the smoker? Someone told me they saw one that was 8" long.
2. I assume the smoker really smokes?
3. Are these little smokers available for purchase?

David, I believe the total cooking surface is 6x13" and it really cooks. We used a few splits of cherry wood and had it humming along at about 240 for quite a while. Check out the smoker at http://www.huntingdoncountycustoms.com/hccmiofrefls.html.
