Sometimes simple is best when it comes to weeknight meals. Last evening we decided to try out some Steak-a-licious bacon wrapped chopped steak patties from Chef's Requested.
And while the bacon added plenty of flavor, we kicked it up with some Kick Butt Honey Chipotle Rib Rub and a light dose of the new Sweet barbecue sauce from Cattlemen's to create a perfect balance of sweet and heat. Overall these were much juicier and thicker than normal frozen beef patties while the ease of going straight from freezer to the grill.

Still cookin' on the Bubba Keg, huh? How have you been able to do any lo 'n' slow on it?

Braddog, no chance to cook lo and slow on it yet but I have a plate on the way which should help. In the meantime there's always the 3 18.5 wsms and the new 22.5 wsm!
