For any of you who happen to be near Garden City, NY tomorrow (Saturday, June 6), Smoke In Da Eye will be holding a barbecue and grilling demonstration at the Viking Cooking School, 835 Franklin Avenue, from noon til 2pm.

We'll be making up some pulled pork sliders with doctorfied store bought barbecue sauce, Carolina slaw, coffee rubbed flat iron steaks, grilled cauliflower, sweet and spicy pineapple, and more!
