Starting the week off with a bang, here's a recipe we developed for a smokin' seafood pot pie cooked directly on the grill thanks to our grill plate from Grill Innovations.

This video was originally created for a Flayvors of Washington State contest sponsored by Columbia Crest wine and Food Network.  Somehow we didn't make the cut for the top 20 finalists, despite being freakin' awesome!   You can check out some of the finalists here and judge for yourselves whether or not we were robbed.  Either way, enjoy the smokey seafood pie!
