Trimming Up Some Beef Tenderloin

So you love those melt-in-your-mouth tender filet mignon but can't stomach the sky high prices?  Well no more!

Recently we had the chance to spend some time with representatives of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association and got a first hand look at how to trim a full beef tenderloin into steaks, a roast and stir fry meat.   Tons of meat, tons of flavor and tons of savings!
