Summer's Last Dance
The march towards the end of Summer is on but there's still plenty of time to fire up the grill and enjoy some of the season's finest fare. In anticipation of Labor Day, we have gathered some of the most exciting Summertime grilled dishes from across the country and around the world and will be offering them up throughout the week.
And what says Summer better than corn? But we're not talking ordinary grilled corn. Today we've got Garlic-Butter Parmesan Corn courtesy of our friends at TasteOfHome.com. Sounds good? It tastes even better!

Garlic-Butter Parmesan Corn

Ingredients:
8 medium ears sweet corn in husks
1/3 cup butter, cubed
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: Soakcorn in cold water for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan,combine the butter, garlic and salt. Cook and stir over medium heatuntil butter is melted; set aside 2 tablespoons.
Carefully peel back corn husks to within 1 in. of bottoms;remove silk. Brush with remaining butter mixture. Rewrap corn in husksand secure with kitchen string.
Grill corn, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes oruntil tender, turning occasionally. Cut string and peel back husks.Drizzle corn with reserved butter mixture; sprinkle with Parmesancheese.
Yield: 8 servings.

LOVE grilled corn on the cob! I made some last night but used chili lime butter that was awesome. Can't wait to see what other dishes make the top list. You should have done it like one of those VH-1 Top 100 _____________ shows
