So this will be a very quick post with more to follow, but after returning from the American Royal, we were contacted by a producer from the Food Network asking if we would want to do an Iron Chef style challenge at the annual Blue Moon Burger Bash, held last night under the Brooklyn Bridge.  Of course we said yes!  Here's a few photos with some video to follow at some point.

All of the Food Network stars were there and we were fortunate enough to actually win on camera so stay tuned to the Food Network to check it out!  FYI, the last picture is a very poor shot of our winning dish, making full use of the secret ingredient ORANGE to create an orange-chipotle bbq sauce, orange-brown sugar-bourbon carmelized onions, and the cheater ingredient of competition pulled pork served in a corn chip shell with some of the onion and sauce.   What a great event!
