Myron Mixon Takes on Pork Shoulder

This past weekend we were fortunate enough to make the trip to Memphis for the 2010 Memphis in May international barbecue festival. 

While we didn't compete, we did get to spend plenty of time with those who did including three time Memphis in May Grand Champion Myron Mixon of Jack's Old South and TLC's "BBQ Pitmasters".  Check out our interview with Myron and be sure to check back real soon for even more great footage!
