Here's a tasty "brunch" dish we whipped up the grill, a waffle cheese burger!  We started with a perfectly cooked medium rare 85/15 burger, topped  with a single slice of American cheese, sandwiched between two quartered bourbon and brown sugar waffles. 

The only thing that could have made it better?  A couple slices applewood smoked bacon but unfortunately we ate all of the bacon while grilling the burgers!
