Why Beer, Chili and Little People Don't Mix

Before we get started on this post, let us first apologize to our regular readers who may find this entry a bit obscure.  To explain, this video was filmed last weekend after two days of competition barbecue and our first ever disqualification in a category, thanks in part to some unfortunate circumstances.  

Each year following the New Holland Summer Fest contest, several teams gather together at a local pub to recount stories and refuel.  During this year's dinner, we discovered that everything has a price and the group walked out with several wall decorations including a statue that at the time appeared to be the spitting image of our friend George Hensler of Who Are Those Guys? competition BBQ team and author of "Starting the Fire", one of the best how-to books for anyone looking to try their hand at competition barbecue. 

Anyway, with no further ado, introducing Lil' George, a prime example of why beer, chili and little people don't mix.
