Last weekend, Smoke In Da Eye took a break from competition BBQ and tried its hand at chili.  Held in Mineola, NY and hosted bythe Long Island Family & Children's Association, the event featured 17 teams of top notch chili cooks.  In the end, Smoke In Da Eye emerged as the victor, thanks to the help of some good friends who made sure our recipe rocked! 

Thanks again to the organizers for putting together such a wonderful event and the countless people who came out to support it.  We look forward to defending our crown next year but in the meantime check out this quick video.
