Comprised of spicy pork sausage legs, a hot pork sausage body, Vienna sausage nose, ham ears, a bacon wrap and a pork rind tail, Pork E Pigskin is the cutest meal you'll ever enjoy!

That seriously is one of the most amazing things I've ever since. It really is pork art. Nice work.

It looks awesome, is it possible for you to describe the procedure and more arbitrary ingredients - I'd love to do it, but most of the stuff you mention is unavailable outside of the US.
It's -21 C here and we need some bacon :<

I don't know if this is genius or insanity but I like it!

It is very creative. But I could feel my arteries closing right up. Can't have that much fatty stuff. But would love to try it. The "piggy" is just as cute as can be. Good job.

This is brilliant!! I really want to make it for my Thanksgiving party - how long do you cook it for?

From what I recall it cooked at about 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. I put it in a pan on a hot grill and did have to place an inverted spoon under the belly to support it until the ground sausage firmed up some.

Seriously, where can we find the specifics to recreate this masterpiece?
